Challenge
Cacow is a healthy snack brand that felt the need to evolve. In an oversaturated and highly competitive market, it lacked a strong connection with its consumers. That’s when the idea of rebranding came up, and we stepped in to rethink everything—from the brand’s narrative and positioning to its visual identity, packaging, and launch campaign.
Solution
Through in-depth market research, we discovered that Cacow needed to position itself as a brand that truly stands for health—without half-truths or hidden ingredients. At the same time, we wanted to build a bold and laid-back lifestyle around it. That’s how we came up with the tagline “Surprisingly Healthy”, which clearly communicates what the brand delivers.
Visually, we embraced and enhanced Cacow’s signature blue while expanding its visual assets to create a unique and recognizable identity within its segment.
The entire packaging system was designed to reinforce this irreverent identity, highlighting what makes Cacow special and catching the attention of new consumers.
